Apache / DeWalt Warranty Procedure

Please email info@everydayweldingsupplies.com with the following information:

a) The Order ID or Invoice Number the item was purchased on

b) Image(s) of the issue you are experiencing and a brief description of the fault*

c) If the item is footwear we will require an image of the label on the tongue with DOM (Date of Manufacture)

d) Item will also need to be returned to us for inspection. Please return item to Returns Department, Everyday Welding Supplies Ltd, Clondrinagh Industrial Estate, Ennis Road, V94 R866, Limerick City, Ireland.

A claim will then be submitted to our suppliers in the UK. The suppliers, who are the manufacturers, will then make a decision on issuing claim to us.

If / When claim is issued from suppliers then item will be a) replaced or b) credit will be issued to use on future order.

NOTE: Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for any Apache / DeWalt claim to be submitted and finalised.

*does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear. Since all apparel has an expected service life, normal wear and tear (including zips and fasteners) misuse, neglect, or obvious abuse of the garment are not covered.
