All orders (stock items) for Standard delivery are normally dispatched within 1-5 working days from clearance of payment. We expect delivery to be within 2 to 7 working days thereafter from the date of clearance of your order.
Expected delivery dates are dependent on the weight of your order and/or the shipping destination. Standard Delivery will be by Courier service for orders up to 30kg in weight.
Depending on demand of an item we have on special, an item that has been heavily discounted could take upto 7-10 working days for delivery. We thank you in advance for your patience.
What does "in stock" mean on your website?
When you see "in stock" on our website it means we have the item in stock either a) in our warehouse in Limerick or b) in our warehouse in the UK. We advertise our delivery as being normally 2-5 working days to allow us time to ship over stock from our warehouse in the UK and get it to you. We give some of the best prices and deals in Ireland so any item that has been heavily discounted we do ask customers to please allow upto 7-10 working days for that order to reach you. Please get in contact with us if any of this is an issue and we will be happy to cancel and refund you your order if you cannot wait the advertised shipping time frames. Additional delivery instructions
While you are completing your online order if you have any requests concerning delivery let us know this by entering details in the "Add Comments about Your Order" Box. Such information can include a request to delay your order for dispatching at a later date. Please note we cannot accept any alternative delivery address requests when paying by credit/debit card.
Damage on Delivery
Always examine the packaging at the point of delivery before signing for any package. If the package appears to be damaged in anyway insist on writing a note on the carriers delivery consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any damage to products within 48 hours of delivery.
Always check the number of packages as shown on the carriers delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note. It is then your responsibility to inform us of any shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrectly supplied goods
Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied goods have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Delay of delivery
In the event that all or part of your order is not available, we shall notify you by e-mail as soon as possible. Unavailable stock and special order items are normally dispatched within 5 to 10 days. We will attempt to keep you regularly updated on any items ordered that are likely to be on back order for more than 14 days. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the item(s). We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but any dates we specify are approximate only and we will not be held liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date.
Please notify us within 10 working days from the expected delivery date of a non delivery.
When your order is dispatched from Everyday Welding Supplies Ltd, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. We may dispatch your order from multiple sources and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email for each package. We'll always try and keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
