The Makita DUC355 Brushless LXT Chainsaw is powered by 2 x 18V Li-ion batteries in series to supply the powerful 36V DC motor drive system. Constant speed control with a variable speed control trigger for increased control. An electric chain brake and kickback brake provide increased user safety. A large separate-type metal spike bumper grips the workpiece firmly to provide more control.
Fitted with an ergonomic soft grip and a lock-off lever to reduce fatigue. Utilises captive nuts, which prevent loss of the nut when removing the sprocket cover to replace the guide bar or saw chain. It also features an easy-to-use oil capacity display and adjustable automatic chain lubrication.
The battery protection system provides over-discharge protection for enhanced battery cycle life and overall battery life.
