The Makita DHR171 LXT SDS Plus Rotary Hammer has 2-modes of operation: Rotation Only or Hammering with Rotation. Fitted with a one-touch sliding chuck for easy bit installation and removal. The variable speed trigger enables the user to match the speed to the application for greater versatility. For added user safety there is an electronic brake.
It has a compact and ergonomic design that is easy to handle. Whilst the vibration absorbing handle moves independently of the motor and hammer mechanism for increased operator comfort. There is also a built-in LED light.
