This Bahco 10RM-10 Stubby Ratcheting Wrench has the following specification:

The Bahco Stubby Ratcheting Wrench is made from high-performance alloy steel and has a chrome-plated, micro-matt finish to provide a high-quality surface.
Its open end is angled at 15° and is slimmer for improved accessibility. The ring ratchet end has a 5° action angle and its 12-point Dynamic-Drive™ profile provides longer life for screws and nuts.
A reversible gear allows the direction to be changed without removing the wrench.
Manufactured to ISO 3381 and DIN 3113 standards.
