Description

For superior cutting and an extended life, try 3M™ Cubitron™ II Depressed Centre Grinding Wheel. Our grinding wheels feature 3M Precision Shaped Grain, which offers a faster, cooler cut than traditional abrasives. The grain is shaped into sharp, triangular points that slice through metal, avoiding gouging and ploughing. The points constantly self-sharpen during use, reducing heat build-up. This helps prevent heat-related cracking and discolouration. With a depressed centre, our grinding wheels can be used at any angle without damaging the surrounding surface. Our wheels are 7mm thick and great for removing welds from interior angles. To ensure safety, a wheel guard of the appropriate size must be used and the wheel must never be operated above the maximum speed of the grinder.
